    Scan sealed envelopes and postcards; this option allows you to know the volume and type of mail received so retrieval of mail can be scheduled.

    Open the mail and scan contents: This option allows you to distribute incoming mail to a remote workforce.

    With either scan option, an email with the attached scans will be sent to one email address so departments can retrieve and/or distribute as appropriate. Anything marked confidential will not be opened. Magazines and other standard mail will not be scanned. Any questions may be sent to
